A static site for my sister’s wedding.

I had written a static site generator in Node.js to generate a static site for my sister’s wedding.

I spent a lot of time on the static site generator. After numerous hacks, I ended up abandoning the static site generator and just directly made changes to the static site itself because the generator was so unwieldy.

In the end, the static website was well received.

The static site generator had these awesome features:

• Web-based WYSIWYG editor with image manipulation.
• Ability to preview the changes before deployment.
• Ability to deploy to live with one click.
• Ability to specify RSVP form target email address.
